1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup tomato puree
1 cup grated paneer
Half cup paneer, cubed
Half cup capsicum, chopped
Half cup boiled corns
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 tsp sugar
Salt to style
Black pepper powder to style
Oregano to style
Red chilli flakes to style
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Olive oil for cooking
Step 1 – Boil pasta in water with some salt and oil until cooked. Drain the water and run it by chilly water. Keep apart.
Step 2 – Saute chopped onions and garlic until mild brown.
Step 3 – Add chopped tomatoes, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes, and saute for two minutes.
Step 4 – Add tomato puree and sugar, combine properly, and let the tomatoes prepare dinner until oil separates.
Step 5 – Add capsicum and boiled corns. Cover the pan with a lid and wait until capsicum is cooked.
Step 6 – Add boiled pasta, grated paneer, paneer cubes and garam masala. Mix properly and switch off the fuel.
Step 7 – Garnish with coriander leaves and serve sizzling.
